What may be covered
- Confirmed manufacturing or workmanship defects.
- Loose components caused by a verified construction issue.
- Repair needs specifically covered in the product’s written warranty.
What is generally not covered
- Normal wear, scratches, dents, tarnish or natural patina.
- Damage caused by impact, bending, chemicals, perfume, swimming pools, seawater or improper storage.
- Lost stones caused by impact or continued wear after damage becomes visible.
- Repairs, resizing or alterations performed by another jeweler.
- Loss, theft or accidental damage.
