To provide our customers with a convenient and secure shopping experience, we offer several payment methods.

2Product Prices

The prices displayed on our product pages include applicable sales tax and shipping fees within the United States.

Under normal circumstances, no additional charges will apply.

※ Additional fees may apply if reshipment or special handling is required.

3Credit Card Payments (Shopify Payments)

Customers are required to enter their credit card information at the time of placing an order.

All credit card transactions are securely processed through Shopify Payments.

We do not store or retain customers’ credit card information.

Payment Process

• When an order is confirmed, the payment authorization process (Authorization) will be initiated.
• Once the product is ready for shipment, the payment will be captured and charged (Capture).
• After the payment is completed, the product will be shipped.

※ If an order is canceled before the product is shipped, the payment will either not be charged or the customer will receive a full refund.

4Payment Information

When placing an order, please ensure that the following information is provided accurately:

• Recipient’s full name
• Shipping address
• Contact phone number

If delivery or payment cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information, the order may be canceled or require reshipment. Additional charges may apply.

5Refund Policy

If a refund is required, it will be processed in accordance with our Cancellation / Return Policy.

For credit card payments and other electronic payment methods, the refund processing time depends on the procedures of the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Typically, refunds will be credited within 3–10 business days.
