Return eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Contact us before sending any item back. Products must be unworn, unused, unaltered and returned with their original packaging, certificates and included accessories.
Items that cannot normally be returned
- Engraved, resized, personalized or made-to-order jewelry.
- Items showing wear, damage, alteration or missing components.
- Earrings or other hygiene-sensitive items once worn, unless defective.
- Gift cards and final-sale items.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate next step.
Return shipping and refunds
Customers are responsible for secure return shipping unless the item is confirmed as incorrect or defective. Use a tracked, insured service. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection; bank processing can take 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges and import fees are not refundable unless required by law.
