Processing times
Ready-to-ship orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Custom, engraved, resized or made-to-order pieces require additional production time. Any product-specific estimate takes priority.
Delivery estimates
Available services, estimated transit times and shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and may be affected by customs, weather, carrier delays or peak periods.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we send it to the email used at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier’s first scan to appear.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Address changes are not guaranteed after fulfilment begins.
International orders
International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage or customs charges. These charges are set by the destination country and are not included unless checkout states otherwise.
Lost or damaged parcels
Email order@huykjeweler.com promptly with your order number. Keep all packaging when reporting transit damage.
